Sustec Pro SEVEN - HARD DRIVING version is a special model of the SEVEN that is intended for vehicles that will be predominantly seeing track/race useage.

HARD DRIVING version is for the highest level of suspension performance and motorsports, and includes higher spring rates that are ideal for exploiting the smoothly paved surfaces of a race course for maximum grip , stability, and agility.

When used with the new TEAS electronic active suspension controller, the driver can program TEAS to automatically adjust Sustec Pro SEVEN - HARD DRIVING version to automatically change dampening force based on studied entry and exit speeds of various turns, as well as average lap speed.

In races against the clock, or other drivers, this new concept in suspension tuning can help a driver greatly improve control and the handling dynamics of their vehicle.

Sustec Pro SEVEN - HARD DRIVING version is for cars that will be used for extremely high level motorsports. Sustec Pro SEVEN is for all types of driving, from street to motorsports use. (see below)

High Spring Rate Rate Competition Spec PRO210 Race Spring

A very high spring rate that exploits the smoothly paved tarmac of a track for maximum grip. Excellent handling, and most importantly, controllable traction is immediately noticeable through the use of the race developed spring. PRO210 was developed for extreme durability and balance. This spring has the highest tensile strength available due to our unique manufacturing process.

Case Length & Preload Adjustment, Dampening Adjustable

Both case length, and preload are adjustable. Preload can be adjusted for special settings, while full suspension stroke can be retained or altered with the case length settings. An extreme range of height settings are available with this suspension to suit any driver's needs or preferences for height and weight distribution. Dampening may be changed in 12 or 16(with TEAS) settings across a wide range of actual dampening force.

Ultra Heavy Duty Construction

The front suspension of a race vehicle experiences the most abuse, therefore a special dual plate stamped steel bracket is used. This bracket is extremely rugged and resists damage where most suspensions fall short. The rear suspension features a high tensile CNC forged aluminum knuckle that is both lightweight and rigid. The ruggedness of the bracketry on this suspension exceeds even OEM vehicle standards.

Reinforced Shock Piston, Reinforced Valving

The oversized Shock Piston is fully reinforced to resist flexing or snapping. The internal valving of the SEVEN is also fully reinforced for the increased and rapidly changing loads experienced during drifting. The internals resist oil and gas 'foaming' and overheating of the internal components which can detract from performance when driving under extreme conditions for extended amounts of time.

Durable Spring Seat & Lock Nut

Constructed of forged aluminum, longetivity and superior strength is ensured. Additionally, the threaded portion of the casing is chemically treated to resist rust and corrosion.

Upper Mounts Included

Solid mounting pillowball or rubber uppermounts are included on the front and rear of the Sustec Pro SEVEN. These uppermounts also have the added benefit of having front adjustable camber plates for fixing or modifying camber settings beyond factory limitations. Solid pillowball upper mounts prevent suspension geometry changes under various suspension loads.

Compatible with TEAS (Tanabe Electric Active Suspension)

By itself, SEVEN is an extremely solid multi-purpose suspension. With the new TEAS (Tanabe Electric Active Suspension) controller, SEVEN reaches new levels of suspension tuning. Sustec Pro SEVEN is 100% compatible with the TEAS controller and its actuators.
