After finishing the coilover installation, the R&D team noticed a rubbing sound. The Pro-FIVE setup did not clear the factory wheels, as the helper spring on the passenger front coilver was rubbing the tire. And so, R&D testing for the Lancer Evo X suspension has been postponed. In the coming weeks, the team will be testing the coilover setup on another Evo X in order to find out if the rubbing issue was the fault of the coilover or the car.
