The factory STI front suspension uses a Macpherson strut design. In comparison the double-wishbone suspension, this design is light-weight, less expensive, and easy to service. Our R&D Team aims to improve the factory design with Tanabe's Sustec Pro-FIVE coilover system.

Compared to the factory coil-over-strut unit, the Pro-FIVE is much shorter, allowing owners to lower the car and keep suspension stroke.

The front damper adjustment knob is located at the top of the coilover and is accessible from the engine bay.
