Toyota Prius (2010)
Now it was time to test the front strut tower bar. Position-wise, it was a bit different from the Japan-market Prius. Clearanaces were much less, and the bar had to be mounted with the letters facing forward as opposed to facing up.
In the end, clearances were too little for comfort, as the bar ended up toucing a few components in the engine bay. And so, this tower bar is going back to the drawing board.

After successfully testfitting the Medalion Touring Exhaust, it was time to move on to the Concept G.
First, the R&D Team took a few measurements using a caliper gauge. Then, they went ahead and installed the exhaust.
For exhaust testing, we aim to do fitment tests for the Medalion Touring and Concept G systems. First on the list is the Medalion Touring Exhaust.
As seen above, the Medalion Touring Exhaust for the 2010 Prius features an oval canister with a double-wall tip for reduced sound resonation. Fitment test was successful.
Since the car was already on the lift, it was a good chance for measuring the stock suspension parts prior to the spring tests.
